Due to our large customer base and our dedication to great customer care we require the credit card information to be filled out in the form below in order to schedule service (we do not accept American Express).
Payment is due upon completion of service, if you would like to pay by check please have check available for the technician or your credit card will be charged and a 3% processing fee will be added to the invoice total.
If repair cost could exceed $500 we will contact you to approve service, if you choose to not proceed with it you will only be charged a service call.
